this album is actually insane. i heard it described as "high as hope but much more angry" and i think that's the best description on the internet thusfar. when i first heard the singles, i wasn't sure if it was gonna be an album i particularly liked, but DAMN that's changed. i saw the everybody scream tour in glasgow, feburary 2026, and it was genuinely life changing. witch dance has been an unexpected favourite. i will die on the hill that i made eye contact with ms welch herself during the bridge !!! i'd fallen in love with perfume and milk the second the tracklist was released and it reallllyyy lived up to my expectations. back in january, the weather was a constant storm, and between perfume and milk and the old religion, i was DEEP in everybody scream 24/7. music by men is another favourite from release, and i do think "breaking my bones, getting 4/5, listening to a song by the 1975, i thought 'fuck it, i might as well give music by men a try'" will go down in history as the best line ever.

i'd never imagined myself much of a ttrpg fan, but, holy fuck, d20 changed that. i've watched a few sidequests but there's a reason the intrepid heroes are the main reoccuring cast. each duo in the 7 could host a podcast together they've got so much chemistry. i started watching for ally and zac, but watching 'cloudward ho' i fell sooo deeply in love with emily. 'fantasy high freshman year' seriously endeared me to siobhan. lou and murph managed to secretly become favourites of mine without me even noticing. i love maxwell gotch.
